Rights

On July 7, 2006, we received permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

Subject: [Etree] new band to add

you now officially have some kind of permission to archive 'brokedown' shows for public download and noncommercial, royalty-free circulation. No formally worded declaration here, this is coming directly from one of the "say-so" guys himself, singer and keyboardist scot as well as all other members of brokedown (lee and the dans). be clear on how we feel about the project; i personally have been using the archive for years now and would consider it an honor to be hosted among such an ambitious project (besides, our bham friends looney mill are on here too, why the heck wouldn't we be!). no limits on what can be hosted, cause we've no influence from 'the man' interfering with the distribution of our tunes (yet!). no one is actively taping our shows as of now, but anyone can feel free to come and do so and it will always be that way. no limits on what can be uploaded by whom or whathaveu. THANKS a million for making this thing possible!
